A Play Called Love

They say the world's a stage and each one plays a part.
Fate had me playing in love with you as my sweetheart
Act1 was where we met, I fell in love at first sight.
I've never played this role with such intensity before.
I hope you read your lines perfectly and dont miss a cue.
Others were auditioned but i believe that you were
destined to play this part.
You've acted in a play that you wished to be a part of
all your life,but you did not know that the script itself was weak.
That is why you have lost interest in all plays,
but if you take a moment and try to understand
the script and the dialogues in this play,then,
I'm sure that you''ll be interested.
Without you the stage is bare and I'm standing here
with emptiness all around.
If you don't come to me..then they can bring the curtains down.

Intoxicated

I'm intoxicated by your charms,
aways keep me in your arms..
and never let me go,
just move with the flow.
Without you I'm of no use..
and there is no other excuse.
Believe me when I say-''I love you''
cuz my feelings for you are very true.
You are the girl of my dream,
you are like my favourite ice-cream.
I know you've been through a lot,
My love will help you recover from that shot.
This is not infatuation,
that is just your imagination.
My love for you is very pure,
I'll be your broken heart's cure.
I'm in no hurry,
You don't need to worry.
I'll be wating for you cutie,
cuz without you life's just a duty.
I understand that this is complicated..
But afterall..I'm Intoxicated.

I Love You

As I sit here alone, I can only imagine and think
Of how truly overjoyed I am, to see you in pink
As I sit here pondering, in my heart, I feel pain
As I just wish, your love, I can obtain
But yet, close, we are not
Therefore, leaving my heart to rot
Although change your feelings, I cannot do
I would just like to express my love, for you
As time goes on, I hope that one day
We will be together, even if just to say
I realize, this may be hard to read, and to swallow
But without you in my life, I am deeply hollow
When I see, or even talk to you, I begin to smile
As you lighten up my day, and it lasts for awhile
I am sorry, if this poem has caused you, distress
But all I want, is for our friendship to progress
I hope that somewhere, somehow, one day, you will feel as I do
And we can turn to each other and say " I Love You''

Confused...

We've never really been that close
We've never really been friends
I know we talk And hang out with a group
But we don't knowEach other very well
But all of a sudden
Out of the blue
My feelings seem to change
I think I like you
But I don't knowIf you like me the same way
i'm not sure you do
I'm confused
And don't know what to doOr what to say
Are we friends?Or are we more?
We've never really talked to each other a lot
But something inside of me

Teenage Problems Part1

This is one of the problems that most teenagers have today.I'm starting with the problem of allowance and money management.As a teen i understand our major problems and would like to bring them out and contribute to solving them or atleast reducing them to some extent.
When we get our first allowance/pocket money,most of us think that we will inculcate the habit of saving.Only a few of us manage to save a sufficient amount.Saving money does not work out with most of us because of our various leisures,some necessary some unnecessary.Eating/Drinking out,going for movies and various other entertainment outings,all thse come with a big price tag.The problem increases further when we are in a relationship! The basic solution to this is finding suitable part-time jobs.I can understand that it isnt easy to just start working but it isnt all that difficult.The problem lies with our society,they dont think too highly of students that work but all this is changing.All we require is family support and determination.Convince your parents that working from this age will make you independent and self sufficient to some extent.Working part-time will not only give us some experience of the world outside the university campus,but it will also keep our pockets happy.This is the materialistic benefit.It also has a physchological benefit-a sense of pride and confidence comes within us and we automatically get the power to tackle problems better.

ROCKTAGON!!!

As our math teacher walked in the class on an apparently normal school day,what we did not know was what was going to happen in that period.She started teaching us polygons,i generally hate geometry but always liked learning new stuff.So she gradually taught us all the polygons..my partner at that time-Snehal,and I were as usual in our own world talking about random stuff.We wished to make a rock band and were thinking about its name.At that time our teacher said octagon and from nowhere suddenly i almost shouted at the top of my voice-''ROCKTAGON!!''. Snehal completely flipped over the name and we knew that if we were to make a band then there could be no better name than Rocktagon.This was on our minds for the entire school day.We planned about the prospective band members and their positions..Snehal was to be the drummer and I the lead guitarist. We also made its design,you can check out the rough design of Rocktagon at the bottom of this page on the right corner.The thought of performing in front of a crowd was running through our minds..crowds head banging,girls going crazy,and wanting an encore(repeat performance).We also decided that our first performance would be at our school during the fun and fair festival.. :)
Whenever i think deeply about the chance of starting a band i get misty-eyed.When we thought of this name,our so called ''friends'' started criticising our idea.They said there is no career in music and this plan is going to flop miserably..another reminder to these ''friends''-ROCKTAGON is and always will be our passion and not our career.
I dont know when this dream of our will come true or whether it will come true at all,but I will always remember the incident behind this innovative name and shall count it as one of my most memorable school incident.
